LondonKIDS is the joint venture of 18 London Boroughs and is the ideal way to find out more about what is involved in becoming a prospective foster carer or adopter for children in and around the Greater London area.
At this stage you may not know very much about becoming a foster carer or adoptive parent but you probably have a very good idea about the number of children, their age, sex and racial heritage that might be considered suitable for you to adopt or foster. You can use this as a starting point to....

Haringey Adoption Information Evening being held on 15th May 2008
Starting at: 5:30 PM and finishing around 7:00 PM
In Haringey the majority of children waiting to be adopted are black or of mixed-heritage. Without adoption these children face years in care. Imagine how it would feel to be able to give them a permanent home.
