Isabella is 1 year old.
Isabella was admitted to hospital three days after birth after contracting streptococcal meningitis which resulted in brain damage and cerebral palsy. This means that she will be developmentally delayed in the future, but given her age, the extent of this delay is still unknown. Feeling unable to care for her in the long term, in February 2008 Isabellas birth parents made the difficult decision to relinquish Isabella for adoption.

Ryan is 10 years old.
Ryan has been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and severe learning disabilities. Ryan is a healthy and happy, contented child, who is said to have a cheeky character and ready smile. Ryan needs a long term foster family with experience of severe learning disability, who would be able to promote his Muslim faith.

Dominic is 3 years old.
Dominic is a very happy, healthy, cute and sociable little boy. He enjoys music, being read to, and playing with other children. Dominic is on target developmentally.

Kai is 2 years old.
Kai was born prematurely at 24 weeks. He has cerebral palsy, which has limited movement on the right side of his body. Kai has a range of challenges including musculoskeletal issues, cognitive delays and sensory impairment. kai needs an active supportive loving two parent adoptive family that can provide him with constant nurturing and encouragement.
